What you´ll do
- Strengthen Henkel’s profile as a sustainability leader by shaping and sharing compelling sustainability narratives, success stories and thought leadership in external communication
- Foster awareness and alignment around our sustainability strategy, capabilities and projects across the organization through targeted and impactful internal communication, highlighting the business relevance and growth potential of sustainability
- Translate complex topics at the intersection of sustainability, regulation, and innovation into clear, accessible and actionable messages for diverse audiences
- Empower and upskill employees to confidently communicate about sustainability by developing and delivering engaging training and capability‑building formats, enabling them to link sustainability to customer value and competitive advantage
- Design and deliver strategic engagement formats, such as customer events and experiences, that enable meaningful dialogue, collaboration and partnerships around sustainability challenges and opportunities
- Ensure a strategic, impact‑oriented approach that strengthens the contribution of sustainability to business success, commercial relevance and long‑term growth, in alignment with the Adhesive Technologies Sustainability Ambition 2030
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability,Communication, Science, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability management, communication, or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to translate complexity into clear and compelling communication, including the ability to connect sustainability with business value
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage and inspire diverse internal and external audiences
- Fluent in English and German
