What you'll do
- Support change process (Management of Change) from quality perspective, ensuring product quality
- Lead problem solving teams to resolve customer complaints and internal nonconformities, and provide appropriate training to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the quality department.
- Conduct statistical analysis for Quality
- Management of Customer Specification
- Complete and manage any assigned projects determined by the departmental Manager, Supervisor, and Leads.
- Communicate with various internal functions and execute the implementation of regulation changes.
- Lead others, including delegation of activities, to successfully complete projects and investigations
What makes you a good fit
MUST have:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or related degree
- 1-5 years working experience in Quality
- Experience in QMS (ISO9001, 14001) or product and/or process risk management
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese
- International Mindset
Nito to have:
- Big Data analysis experience
- SAP or other database experience
- Background in Chemical industries
- Statistical Analysis skills and knowledge in statistical tool
- New graduates are also welcome provided you have a relevant degree in Chemistry
